A message from the owner...

I have suffered from chronic asthma for over 11 years and I have tried every type of asthma treatment I could find. It was quite by accident that I discovered Salt Therapy treatment and decided to give it a try. Up to that point I had continually been taking my medication and attending my doctors for updates and monitoring.

So I had nothing to lose but everything to gain. I attended one salt therapy session and found the experience most relaxing and soothing. I left feeling quite refreshed and rested but no unusual dramatic symptoms uncovered.

The following morning it hit me like a bombshell. I woke for the first time in 10 years without the usual nasal congestion - it was an unbelievable experience. I could breathe like never before, the difference was remarkable and I was immediately converted to the benefits of the treatment.

So much so that I made enquiries as to the origins of the therapy and within two days I was flying out to Estonia to meet with the promotors of this unique therapy. I am now delighted to introduce it to Ireland.

I am not a doctor but I am a patient so I know from my own experience the benefits of salt therapy and I urge you to try it first and then decide for yourself.

Almost 8,000 people have attended our clinics in Malahide and Blackrock, with overwhelmingly positive results. Why not book your first appointment? You can reach us in Blackrock on 01-2143383 or in Malahide on 01-8457411, we're waiting for your call! Tell your friends and bring them along, I know you will find the benefits very rewarding.

Yours sincerely

Richard Lindsay

Experts including Asthma UK are backing the treatment, called Halotherapy.

Salt therapy claims to work by clearing the airways of mucus and reducing inflammation triggered by allergies to dust, pollen or pollution.

These particles, invisible to the naked eye, penetrate deep into the respiratory system. Minerals including potassium and magnesium are said to help reduce inflammation and clean out mucus blocking the airways.

Experts have already found that asthmatics can breathe easier if they are sent down salt mines.

A Finnish study found that sufferers' lungs were less likely to show allergic "hyper-responsiveness" to their environment
